Job Description:

Reporting to the Director of Global Marketing, the Marketing Program Manager owns the design and execution of global marketing programs driving pipeline and revenue across CAMECA’s product portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Own pipeline generation: Build and execute marketing programs that directly contribute to qualified pipeline and revenue growth.
• Design high‑impact global programs: Translate market opportunities into targeted campaigns across key applications and segments; drive adoption of advanced analytical instruments used by leading semiconductor, materials science, and research labs.
• Drive commercial alignment: Act as a key interface between marketing, sales, and product to foster programs that convert into business.
• Measure and optimize performance: Own KPIs, budget, and program performance to continuously improve the funnel.
• Lead execution globally: Coordinate cross‑functional teams and ensure consistent deployment across regions.

Education & Experience

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, B2B, or deep tech.
• University degree in material sciences, chemistry, or biological sciences.
• 6+ years in B2B marketing or program management.

Professional Knowledge & Abilities

• Proven ability to drive pipeline or revenue impact.
• Strong project management skills in complex environments.
• Experience in scientific or technical industries is an asset.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools.

Travel area: international (up to 20%)

Compensation

Currency: EUR

Salary Minimum: 75,000

Salary Maximum: 85,000
