Manager – Financial Reporting & Consolidation

About the Role

This strategic position sits at the heart of a high‑level financial advisory environment, supporting leading mid‑sized companies and international groups. You will oversee complex financial reporting topics, drive consolidation processes, and contribute to the transformation of clients’ financial operating models. Key Responsibilities

Lead consolidation cycles for large mid‑market groups, including scope changes and integration of external growth operations.

Provide technical expertise on international accounting standards and support clients in upgrading their financial reporting frameworks.

Drive AMOA projects , helping organizations adapt to evolving accounting regulations and digital reporting requirements.

Manage and mentor teams , from junior consultants to experienced profiles, ensuring skills development and high‑quality delivery.

Contribute to operational management , including planning, recruitment, and team development.

Support business development through service offer structuring and participation in professional events.

Required Profile

Master’s degree in accounting, audit, finance, or management.

At least 8 years of experience in audit, consulting, or financial reporting environments.

Strong background in complex consolidation and financial information processes.

Comfortable working with senior stakeholders in multicultural contexts.

Skills & Experience

Deep understanding of consolidation mechanisms and international accounting standards.

Proven ability to run closing processes and optimize financial information systems.

Hands‑on experience with consolidation and performance management (EPM) tools.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects with rigor and autonomy.
