Manager, Executive Compensation & Analytics

Labcorp is a global leader in diagnostic testing and drug development solutions seeking a Manager, Executive Compensation to oversee and advance our executive compensation program. You will collaborate with HR business partners and rewards leadership to evaluate roles, develop appropriate grades and pay levels, and prepare materials for committee meetings.

The role requires rigorous data analysis, market research, and oversight of global compensation planning including equity and ESPP.
