• Contribueraudéploiementetàl’ancragedesfondamentauxde l' ExcellenceOpérationnelle surleterrainpardupilotage,del’accompagnementetducoaching e nlien avec les Direction Centrales et Bus.
• Mener diversprojetssouventtransversescontribuantàlarecherchedeperformanceetd’efficacitédansl’organisation.
• Animerpotentiellementdesréseauxmétieroudesinstancesmétierpouridentifieretfaireappliquerdesbonnespratiques.

• Participeràlastructurationetàl’orientationduprogramme ExcellenceOpérationnelle Groupe(référentiel,événements, ..)
• Etre l’interlocuteurprivilégiépourlesmembresduréseau ExcellenceOpérationnelle sursonpérimètrederesponsabilitésupportoumanufacturingou ingénierie
• C oachersurleterraindesmembresduréseau ExcellenceOpérationnelle etdesmanagers,pourcelailn’hésitepasàs’impliquerdansdeschantiersetdes formations.
• ChallengerlesDCsetBUssurleurroadmap ExcellenceOpérationnelle pouratteindrelesobjectifsdematurité ExcellenceOpérationnelle fixéssur l’année.
• E trelecorrespondantmétierprivilégiéd’uneapplicationdigitale ExcellenceOpérationnelle (exempleIObeya)etleporteurd’unprocessuscommele cycle du management (exercice Masterplans, schémas directeurs industriels…)

PROJETSde PERFORMANCE

• D riverouapportersonexpertisesurdesprojetsdeperformancequipeuventconcernerdessujetsindustriels(maintenance,performance énergétique…) d’organisation, de simplification de processus ou de productivité.

ANIMATION de RESEAUX et d’INSTANCES TRANSVERSES

• Animeraudelàdesonimplicationdansleréseaumétier ExcellenceOpérationnelle etenfonctiondesonexpertisedesréseauxmétiertransverses (exploitation, maintenance, schéma directeur industriel, …).
• C ontribueràdécloisonnerl’entrepriseetàtrouverdesbonnes pratiques

Requirements

Votre profil :

• Niveaud’expériencemin.requis:idéalemententre5et10ans(surunposteopérationnel),avec une certificationBlackBelt.Uneexpérience sur des projets/programmes industriels est un plus.

• Excellente capacité de travaillerenéquipeeten interface
• Aptitude à accompagner laconduiteduchangement
