Manager Etudes techniques actuarielles – based in Puteaux, part of the Actuarial & Technical Design of Savings & Retirement Division.

Experience & Education

Minimum 5 years in product actuarial domain, BAC+5 in engineering, econometrics and/or actuarial science. Must master programming languages such as SAS or VBA.

Responsibilities

• Elaborate and pilot the pricing structure of products to maintain profitability and achieve margin targets.
• Develop mathematical models and analysis tools for activity management.
• Understand market, client, and competitive trends and their influence on company activity.
• Participate in product design and adaptation with marketing and product technical lead.
• Define technical management standards and perform studies ensuring overall portfolio balance.
• Support distribution management in developing partnerships and networks.
• Translate business strategy into team actions and optimize resource utilization.
• Lead the team’s activities, ensuring balance between goal attainment and appropriate resource allocation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in pricing, product design or financial analysis within retirement savings sector.
• Knowledge of the legal and insurance aspects of the retirement savings domain.
• Curious nature with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
