Your mission as Team Lead, Research Consulting

As Team Lead, you will play a key role in building and guiding our dynamic team in the French region. You will foster team development through market research expertise and a commitment to exceeding client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Leadership and Team Development:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Researchers.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation.
  • Provide regular feedback and support to help team members achieve their professional goals.
• Strategic Development:
  • Collaborate with Research Leads from other countries and departments to drive strategic initiatives.
  • Build scalable processes to facilitate project management and cross‑team collaboration.
  • Think 10X and bring new ideas and ways of working to the team.
• Client Engagement:
  • Act as a sparring partner for clients in the creation, adaptation, and analysis of market research projects.
  • Conceptualize study designs and bespoke questionnaires across multiple use cases.
  • Interpret research results to provide actionable recommendations and present findings to customers.
• Project Management:
  • Ensure seamless cooperation with the Research Operations team for setting up questionnaires and fieldwork on the Appinio platform.
  • Collaborate closely with the Account Management team to implement initial projects for new customers.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in market research and consulting B2B clients, with strong knowledge of quantitative methods and statistics.
• Experience designing studies, writing questionnaires, and working across various research methods and use cases.
• Strategic and commercially minded, translating insights into business impact for clients.
• 3+ years of leadership experience with a proven track record of leading high‑performing teams, particularly in significant turnaround or fast‑scale‑up environments.
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English, facilitating seamless interactions across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Hands‑on mentality, pragmatism, proactivity, and an affinity for numbers and data.
• Comfortable rolling up sleeves to set up scalable frameworks and processes.
• Cooperative and caring attitude.

2. Case Study Interview with the Research Consulting Leadership team.
3. Stakeholder Interview with the General Manager France.
4. Executive Interview with C‑Level.
