Operational & Development Opportunities

• Innovate within Sia CyberLab: develop new SaaS offers and solutions around advanced technologies and AI; conduct benchmarks and PoC on market solutions; perform active cyber trend monitoring
• Become a certified trainer at Sia Cyber Institute: prepare and deliver certified training sessions; conduct awareness and coaching sessions
• Contribute to the firm’s visibility: co‑author articles, whitepapers, studies, webinars, and represent the firm at professional clubs, trade fairs, and events
• Drive business development: design and write commercial proposals; identify new collaboration opportunities with clients
• Manage end‑to‑end projects or sub‑tasks of complex/ international projects, ensuring timely reporting to Manager and Client and meeting commitments
• Build strong client relationships at Top Management level, positioning yourself as an expert and creating new collaboration opportunities
• Mentor consultants (Junior to Senior): act as a reference and relay between Manager/Senior Manager, validate deliverables, assess results, and support development of soft/hard skills while maintaining work–life balance

Qualifications

• Graduate from a top engineering school, business school or university
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a consulting firm, cyber/ cloud solution vendor, or large client organization
• Proficient in major cybersecurity standards, norms and frameworks, e.g. ISO 270xx, SANS, NIST
• Demonstrated participation in successful projects involving at least two of the five main offers listed above
• Experience in managing consultants on complex, international projects
• Active membership in a professional club, participation in major cyber events, and/or published conference talks
• Commercial development experience with outstanding performance results
• At least two recognised international certifications (e.g. CISSP, CCSP, SSCP, CSSLP, HCISPP, CISM, C-CISO, CISA, SANS SECXXX, CEH, ISO 27001 LI/LA, ISO 27005 RM, ISO 22301 LI/LA, AWS Certified Security, Google Professional Cloud Architect)
• Interest in data and AI topics, rapid learning capability, enthusiasm to help clients seize opportunities
• Curiosity and teamwork orientation; strong analytical skills; desire to thrive in a dynamic, motivating environment; alignment with values of excellence, entrepreneurship, innovation, sharing, kindness, and work–life balance
• Fluency in French and English in a professional context

*An exception will be made for high‑potential profiles lacking these certifications. They will join our internal Cyber Training program at the Sia Cyber Institute to prepare and obtain cybersecurity certifications.
