Cash Corporate Actions & Listing Operations Manager – Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day corporate actions and equity listing operations.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage complex events, escalations, and stakeholder interactions.
• Monitor KPIs, risks, and controls to maintain service quality.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with technology teams on system enhancements.
• Lead and develop operational teams in different locations.
• Ensure resource planning and performance management.

Qualifications

• Experience of 7–10 years in financial markets, corporate actions, or listing operations with increasing managerial responsibility.
• Deep knowledge of corporate actions lifecycle and equity listing processes; strong understanding of market regulations and issuer services.
• Proven ability to drive process improvements, automation and operational transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing teams, stakeholder engagement, and leading high‑performance environments.
