Job Description

You are passionate about finance, motivated by excellence and ready to offer the highest level of quality support to our clients? Natixis Wealth Management is looking for a Consulting Manager to join its Advisory Management team.

As a Consulting Manager, you will play a key role in the management and development of client portfolios, offering tailored investment solutions while ensuring impeccable customer service. You play a key role in the satisfaction and retention of our HNWI/UHNWI clients.

• Management and development of the activity
  • Ensure the management of assets entrusted by clients.
  • Develop new business opportunities through the acquisition of new UHNWI customers.
  • Retain existing customers through regular monitoring and proposals tailored to their financial needs
• Customer relationship and tailor-made service
  • Actively listen and understand the expectations of customers in order to anticipate their needs.
  • Organize regular meetings with clients to discuss investments, their performance and, if necessary, the necessary adjustments.
  • Ensure a smooth and quality relationship with private bankers.
• Investment advice and strategy
  • Develop investment strategies tailored to each client’s objectives and risk tolerance.
  • Ensure constant monitoring of financial markets and carry out in-depth analyses to select recommended values and ratings.
  • Make investment recommendations related to the bank’s strategic directions and client needs
  • Propose innovative solutions while respecting regulatory constraints.
  • Actively participate inWeekly Management Committee and monthly Investment Committee
• Compliance and risk management
  • Ensure compliance with the MIF/ DDA regulatory framework integrating SFDR and PRIIPS requirements and guarantee compliance with adequacy checks, of guidelines in terms of risks (concentration, diversification, etc.) and the bank’s internal policies in line with professional standards.
  • Ensure the adequacy between the proposed investments and the client’s MIF/ESG/risk appetite profile.
  • Rigorously monitor the risks associated with investment strategies.

  • Ensure compliance with the MIF/ DDA regulatory framework integrating SFDR and PRIIPS requirements and guarantee compliance with adequacy checks, of guidelines in terms of risks (concentration, diversification, etc.) and the bank’s internal policies in line with professional standards.
  • Integrate clients' financial skills, risk appetite and sustainability preferences.
  • Contribute to the update of internal procedures, guidelines and policies and the implementation/improvement of associated IT solutions, in connection with the appropriate internal functions.
