PwC is a global network of more than 364,000 professionals in 136 countries. Our Cloud Transformation Team in France invites experienced Cloud and Datacenter transformation leaders to join us as Managers in the Cloud Technologies Architecture & Migration practice.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with different platforms and practices to address complex client challenges in a holistic manner.
• Lead consulting engagements on Cloud Technologies Architecture & Migration, from strategy through to blueprint, HLD, deployment strategy, and automation (IaC, CM, DevOps).
• Perform infrastructure assessments to ensure compliance with national, European, or global regulations (e.g., DORA, NIS2, SecNumCloud) and security best practices (CIS); propose recommendations and sovereignty strategies.
• Support large-scale technology transformations involving migration of workloads from on‑prem datacenters to cloud environments, including multi‑cloud scenarios.
• Deliver projects on time, within scope, and to PwC's required level of excellence.
• Provide disciplined operational oversight for daily cloud transformation projects.
• Manage the assigned team’s planning, progress tracking, task execution, and time recording.
• Handle back‑office project matters, including administrative and financial tracking.
• Maintain client relationships throughout project advancement and collaborate with partner teams on business development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bac+5 or higher, preferably in general engineering or an informatics/electronics master’s program.
• More than 10 years’ experience managing complex cloud‑driven transformation programmes, from strategy to execution, including business case development, target architecture definition, and post‑deployment operating models.
• Track record of leading transformation projects with budgets in the tens of millions and coordinating teams of more than ten technical professionals.

Technical Skills

• Expertise in cloud architectures on one or more hyperscalers (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure), covering infrastructure, networking (IP addressing, VPC/VNets, etc.), and security.
• Strong grasp of best practices for financial sizing of cloud transformations using FinOps by design; FinOps Foundation certification required.
• Certification as a Solution Architect on at least one hyperscaler platform.
• Hands‑on experience with deployment automation tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Chef, Ansible, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.).
• Knowledge of operational readiness practices, including monitoring, change and incident management, and CMDB.
• Experience deploying cloud‑agnostic monitoring solutions (Dynatrace, Datadog, ELK, Grafana) is a plus.
• Proficiency with cloud‑native technologies and containerization environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong identity governance skills (IAM) and network security (load balancing, proxy, SSL, SSO, encryption).
• Basic understanding of FinOps financial optimisation and interest in responsible IT consumption (GreenOps).
