Job Description

The CIO Advisory Practice, boosted by Generative AI, supports CIOs in defining their digital transformation plans covering infrastructure, digital transformations, and organisational adaptation. This role is aimed at an experienced CIO Advisory Manager who can work across all CIO transformation workstreams.

Your Missions

• Conduct IS transformation studies for primarily major account clients
• Define IS operations management strategies
• Define and implement the strategic plan (IT master plan, long- and medium-term plan, strategic scoping note)
• Define the sourcing strategy
• Audit processes, operations organisations, and existing IS infrastructures and assess their maturity
• Build business cases
• Improve operational efficiency of the CIO organisation
• Optimize CIO costs
• Engage clients in reducing their energy footprint
• Define and implement the Target Operating Model
• Define recommendations and oversee their implementation
• Develop client processes, procedures, and reporting
• Present to leadership teams
• Contribute to M&A operations
• Drive change management inherent to technology transformations (Network, Cloud, Workplace)
• Manage consultants on engagements and internal commitment workstreams
• Work with partners and offering leads to develop the practice's offerings

Qualifications

With a Master's degree (Bac+5) from an engineering school, business school, or a specialized university Master's program, you have at least 5 years of successful consulting experience in management and have developed business skills through organizational consulting assignments.

You can analyze problems and provide relevant solutions related to our clients' challenges.

You are a technology enthusiast at heart, with excellent interpersonal skills, strong writing abilities, and strong synthesis skills.

You currently master the Consultant fundamentals: interviews, meeting facilitation, project management, analysis, business cases, producing high-value deliverables, and demonstrating creativity.

You strongly seek autonomy and responsibility.
