Job Description

The B2C pricing manager participates in defining the B2C pricing strategy and implementing cross‑functional projects across the Europe North Africa region. The role involves interactions with various departments (marketing, sales, DATA, Operations, Revenue Management, E-commerce...) as well as good communication and synthesis skills.

Strategic Pricing contribution

  • Define pricing policy by analyzing market trends and competitive benchmarks and running analysis
  • Formulate and communicate pricing recommendations to hotel GMs and RMs.
  • Optimize B2C pricing structure according to context and business needs
  • Initiate and manage pricing actions to drive incremental business

Project & cross‑functional expertise

  • Lead and coordinate transversal projects and pilot phases, collaborating with relevant departments (loading, operations, SMDL, etc)
  • Provide pricing expertise for any strategic initiatives

Hotel Pricing support

  • Serve as pricing expert for hotels, providing guidance and managing inquiries.
  • Ensure high‑quality, responsive support for hotel pricing requests

Qualifications

  • Hospitality management
  • RM / Pricing is a huge plus
  • Rigorous
  • Sensitive to details

  • Fluent English/French
