Overview
HRIS transformations (Talent: onboarding, recruitment, mobility, training, performance, compensation) require a dual competency in HR business expertise and HRIS functional knowledge. This role is aimed at an experienced BA Team Talent Manager.
Responsibilities
- Consulting and functional support across one or more Talent domains (onboarding, recruitment, mobility, training, performance, compensation, skills, talent reviews), from requirements gathering and expression through to go-live
- Management of business and functional UAT
- Change management: operational delivery of the change management strategy
- Solution deployment and post-deployment support
- Optimisation of operational efficiency by driving HR data
- Process modelling
- Participating in the recruitment of future consultants
- Developing business and contributing to commercial proposals, engaging in pre-sales
- Sustaining client relationships through your commitment and professionalism
- Actively participating in the life of the Practice and the Group
Qualifications
- You have at least 5 years of experience or more within a consulting firm in similar roles.
- You have completed assignments involving at least one leading HRIS solution, such as: SAP SuccessFactors, Neobrain, SmartRecruiters, Workday, Oracle HCM, CSOD, etc.
- You have a keen listening ability and know how to use and structure the information you gather.
- You are comfortable with numbers and enjoy understanding the technical side. You like bridging business needs with finding an appropriate solution.
