We're looking for experienced management and leadership educators to help shape how AI reasons about organizations, teams, and decision-making. Your expertise will directly influence the quality of AI systems used by professionals and businesses worldwide.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role where your real-world knowledge of leadership and organizational behavior becomes a critical input into cutting-edge AI development.

• Commitment: 10-40 hours/week

What You'll Do

• Review AI-generated management and leadership scenarios for accuracy and realism
• Evaluate AI reasoning on topics like team dynamics, incentive structures, and organizational design
• Identify flawed assumptions, weak decision logic, or unrealistic recommendations
• Provide clear, structured feedback to improve the quality of AI-generated managerial reasoning
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level
• Strong command of organizational behavior, leadership theory, and management frameworks
• Skilled at evaluating decision-making quality and tradeoffs in complex scenarios
• Comfortable reading and critiquing written recommendations and case-based content
• Self-motivated and reliable in an asynchronous work environment

Nice to Have

• MBA or Master's degree in Management, Organizational Behavior, or a related field
• Hands-on industry experience in leadership, operations, or organizational consulting
• Familiarity with AI systems, content evaluation, or annotation workflows
