Management Controller – Permanent Contract

Responsibilities

• • Build, produce and lead management dashboards; analyze variances and raise alerts regarding deviations
• • Perform consistency checks on financial and operational data, particularly at departmental level
• • Calculate and analyze costs, including staff costs, to support activity management
• • Monitor the proper execution of agreements, analyze their progress and raise alerts regarding any potential variances
• • Calculate and analyze the Centre-Val de Loire Regional Chamber's remaining costs and identify unfunded activities or expenses
• • Monitor and analyze cash flow and key financial indicators (working capital, working capital requirements, financing capacity, etc.) and implement the necessary alerts
• • Analyze working time and its allocation across different activities to support department managers in their management responsibilities, without replacing their operational accountability
• • Produce analyses and simulations to support Management and managers in their decision-making
• • Work cross-functionally with various departments and departmental chambers, in coordination with finance teams and operational managers
• • Contribute to the development of management control, data reliability and improved activity management

Requirements

• Higher education qualification in management control, finance, accounting or an equivalent field
• Experience in management control or a finance role involving a strong analytical and performance management focus
• Strong command of Excel and office productivity tools
• Knowledge of Power BI is a plus
• Financial analysis and development of management indicators
• Ability to analyze data, identify deviations and propose corrective actions
• Rigor, reliability and strong synthesis skills
• Ability to make financial data accessible to operational teams
• Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to work cross-functionally
• Autonomy, curiosity and a proactive approach
• Valid driving licence required
