Role Summary

Purpose: To lead the financial steering of the French division by integrating predictive AI modeling and ESG metrics into standard controlling processes.

Impact: Directly influences regional profitability and ensures the organization's compliance with the EU AI Act and CSRD reporting standards by August 2026.

Team Structure

Part of a 12-person regional finance team, collaborating closely with Data Science and Sustainability units.

Reports To

Reports to the Finance Director France with a dotted line to the Group Head of FP&A.

Working Conditions

Travel Required: 10%

Standard business hours (35-39 hours per week as per French contract).

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Ability to travel occasionally to regional offices.
