Management Control Manager

Responsibilities

• Support for large corporate and mid-market clients (grands comptes / ETIs) in management control
• Engagement in reorganizations, restructurings and growth or IPO contexts
• Participation in the production of financial closings and the budgeting process
• Design and implementation of new management reporting and performance dashboards
• Management, coaching and coordination of teams
• Contribution to business development and recruitment
• Strengthening and delivery of training programs

Requirements

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) or equivalent
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in management control roles
• Strong foundation in financial (general) and cost/management accounting
• Experience with an ERP system and BI tools
• Professional working proficiency in English
