Position purpose

Responsible for the overall accounting, taxation, financial reporting, and financial management matters of legal entities.

Major tasks and responsibilities

• Responsible for the monthly accounting and reporting (including monthly operational analysis reports and relevant financial reports required by group finance).
• Responsible for the preparation and submission of monthly tax filings, annual tax settlements, and export tax rebate-related documentation.
• Review relevant contracts, expenses, and payments in accordance with the company’s Delegation of Authority (DOA), and approve online banking transactions to support the improvement of company operational objectives.
• Responsible for the semi-annual and annual audits.
• Responsible for establishing and implementing financial processes and systems related to company operations, ensuring compliance while enhancing work efficiency to meet company-defined operational goals.
• Plan and manage fund receipts and payments, prepare daily cash reports and cash forecast-related statements, and report in a timely manner as required by the group.
• Organizing monthly operational review meetings and follow up on related financial improvement initiatives to drive operational enhancements.
