We are seeking our future Maître d'hôtel H/F on a full-time basis for our restaurant, Bouillon Chartier Montparnasse. The ideal candidate is dynamic, motivated, and eager to grow within a renowned institution.

With strong commercial sense, you welcome guests and ensure their satisfaction throughout the service. You supervise head waiters and manage various tasks such as billing, deliveries, and scheduling.

Successful professional experience in a similar role is required.

Contract: CDI - 39 hours/week, with two consecutive days off during the week, mixed schedule of opening and closing shifts.

Salary: Guaranteed minimum wage + meals at the restaurant + incentive & participation bonus + 60% coverage of Navigo subscription + 80% coverage of basic health insurance + Vélib' subscription coverage.
