A new opportunity has arisen at our Orgelet site, within our Beauty BU, for the position of Maintenance Technician-Decoration Specialist.
- FaiveleyTech Orgelet is a major industrial player in the Jura region, specialising in the perfume, skincare, make-up, hygiene and spirits markets. The Beauty BU is renowned for its technical expertise in plastic injection, assembly and decoration, as well as its knowledge and mastery of recyclable, recycled and bio‑sourced materials.
YOUR MISSION
Within the Maintenance Department, your mission will be to industrialise decoration processes and ensure the proper operation of assembly lines. A training period will be provided to develop the skills required for the decoration scope.
- Participate in preliminary studies, project development phases, and project milestones
- Contribute technically to the development of part studies, tooling, processes, and inspection methods for decoration and assembly activities
- Validate decoration processes upon receipt in coordination with the industrialisation department
- Define preventive, corrective, and improvement actions for processes
- In collaboration with the design office, carry out tests and verify that parts/products comply with specifications
- Prepare test reports and propose improvement actions
- Draft technical documentation and work instructions for decoration processes and ensure their regular updates
In parallel, you will also be responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance activities, aiming to improve the reliability of production equipment and tools, in compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental standards, while considering productivity, logistics, and quality requirements:
- Carry out various interventions according to production requirements
- Monitor the operational status and safety of machines and equipment
- Record maintenance actions in the CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management System)
- Perform maintenance work on industrial installations and buildings
YOUR STRENGTHS
- A vocational qualification (Bac Pro level) in Maintenance, combined with significant professional experience in an industrial environment, enabling the acquisition of technical knowledge and working methodologies.

- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- Responsiveness, combined with a high level of rigour and respect for deadlines
