ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• Ability to supervise, coordinate and monitor the daily work of several people
• Be proactive in proposing ways to improve work organization (avoiding wasted time, promoting coordination of work between employees)
• Perfect mastery of the process applied on site
• Ability to be responsive by providing a quick and appropriate response to external requests
• Ability to pass on expertise and circulate information to staff and management
• Responsibility for enforcing safety instructions and quality standards applicable on site
• Hold electrical certifications: HIV BR HC BC
• Proven knowledge of automation and site programmes (Grafcet)
• Proficiency in CMMS software (SAP) and supervision (PCVUE)
• Good IT skills
• Good technical knowledge in the mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic fields
