Maintenance & Safety Performance Lead (HVAC & Multi-Technical Services)

You will oversee multi-technical maintenance contracts (HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and various technical equipment), drive supplier performance, and support continuous improvement across operations.

Responsibilities

• Support procurement and contribute to contract definition (tender phase)
• Implement and maintain operational tools (SAP, KPI dashboards, Power BI reporting)
• Manage service providers and lead performance reviews and governance meetings
• Monitor budget (~€5M) and validate supplier invoices
• Analyze performance data and implement improvement action plans
• Train and support field maintenance teams on new contracts and processes

Qualifications

• Strong background in technical maintenance / multi-site facility management
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, SAP)
• Solid project management and communication skills
• Analytical mindset with negotiation capabilities
• Comfortable working in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment
