Maintenance Manager (m/f/d)

To strengthen our Manufacturing Site in Reims, France, we are looking for a committed Maintenance Manager (m/f/d).

About the Role

Reporting to the Site Plant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, safety, and performance of our industrial facilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure and continuously improve equipment safety, reliability and productivity.
• Adapt production facilities to market demands and internal/regulatory requirements.
• Lead the Maintenance & New Construction department, including team scheduling and workload planning.
• Manage maintenance, CAPEX and energy budgets and related reporting in SAP.
• Oversee maintenance and new construction projects, including risk assessments and compliance with technical regulations.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, contracts and external maintenance teams.
• Plan and steer corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance activities and procedures.
• Drive HSE compliance for all maintenance and project activities, including contractor management, risk assessments and updates to HSE documentation.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering (e.g. mechanical, electrical, industrial) or equivalent technical background.
• Significant experience in maintenance management on an industrial site.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance methodologies (corrective, preventive, predictive) and industrial equipment.
• Experience in managing budgets, leading teams, and coordinating subcontractors.
• Solid understanding of HSE requirements and regulatory standards applicable to industrial environments.
• Confident user of maintenance and reporting tools (e.g. SAP).
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Hands‑on, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on safety, reliability, and continuous improvement.
