Maintenance Engineering Officer — HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning)

• Operational support for maintenance centers: carry out inspections/expert assessments and provide support to maintenance teams
• Monitor technical references: define the recording policy and track the asset base in the CMMS (GMAO)
• Incorporate maintenance requirements into projects: represent the M2E management and process maintenance requests
• Technical specification of maintenance procedures: write and/or update technical documents
• Improve equipment reliability: perform surveys/measurements and analyze technical issues
• Technical specifications for procurement processes: draft specifications and participate in contractor selection

Requirements

• Diploma equivalent to Bac+2/3 (associate's or bachelor's) in HVAC engineering or a related field
• Several years of experience in the field
• Knowledge of maintenance practices
