Lead Maintenance Engineer – Oil & Gas Projects

Location: Paris area, France

We are currently looking for a Lead Maintenance Engineer to support major international energy projects from engineering phases through operational readiness and handover to operations.

Main Responsibilities

As Lead Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for the development and coordination of maintenance engineering deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Development of maintenance philosophies and maintenance strategies
• Asset Register and Equipment Hierarchy development
• Criticality Assessments and Maintenance Optimization Studies
• Preparation of preventive maintenance plans and maintenance procedures
• CMMS implementation and maintenance data managementSpare Parts Strategy and critical spare parts definition
• Reliability and Maintainability studies
• Coordination with engineering disciplines and operations teams
• Support to Operational Readiness and transition to Operations
• Review of vendor documentation and technical deliverables
• Leadership and coordination of maintenance engineering activities

Required Experience

• Degree in Mechanical, Maintenance or Industrial Engineering
• Significant experience in Oil & Gas, LNG, FPSO, Offshore or Energy projects
• Proven background in Maintenance Engineering within EPC, Operator or FPSO environments
• Experience with CMMS systems (SAP PM, Maximo, AMOS, etc.)
• Strong understanding of Reliability Engineering principlesExperience with one or several of the following:
• RCM
• FMECA
• RBI
• Criticality Assessment
• Asset Integrity
• Operational Readiness
