Machine Learning Engineer – Productivity

• Develop NLP models, both machine-learning-based and rule-based, to help customers work more productively
• Design solutions to support document search and document generation
• Maintain and monitor models in production
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and product designers to identify new product development opportunities
• Help disseminate and consolidate best practices within the ML chapter
• Contribute to the development of the Engineering strategy
• Help other engineers on the team develop their skills
• Participate in the Data Science chapter and its internal projects
• Share knowledge, keep up with the state of the art, and conduct scientific paper reviews
• Propose new tools and processes
• Participate in recruitment through technical tests or interviews

Requirements

• Significant experience building NLP-powered products, including named entity recognition, text classification, text summarization, topic modeling, content generation, and more
• Strong knowledge of machine learning, particularly deep learning models
• Ability to rapidly deliver prototypes in a product-centric environment
• Strong interest in artificial intelligence
• Eager to identify, analyze, and bring the latest scientific advances in the field into production
• Strong command of Python development, with a focus on algorithm design
• Fluency in French and English
• Eager to develop expertise in understanding legal documents
• Professional experience in the legal field is not required
