Machine Learning Engineer

Holonomy is a Paris-based frontier AI lab building the next generation of intelligent systems.

We are seeking exceptional Machine Learning Engineers to design, build, and optimize the machine learning systems that power self‑improving AI, long‑horizon autonomous execution, and advanced reasoning. You will develop scalable training pipelines, improve model capabilities, evaluate model performance, and collaborate closely with researchers to transform frontier AI research into robust, high‑performance systems.

You will work across the full machine learning lifecycle, from model development and experimentation to training, evaluation, optimization, and deployment.

What you’ll work on

• Training and optimizing machine learning models.
• Building scalable training and inference pipelines.
• Model evaluation, post‑training, and performance optimization.
• Improving reasoning, planning, and autonomous capabilities.
• Developing infrastructure and tooling for machine learning workflows.
• Collaborating with Research Scientists and Research Engineers to translate research into production‑ready systems.

Qualifications

• Strong background in machine learning, deep learning, or artificial intelligence.
• Excellent programming skills, particularly in Python.
• Experience training, evaluating, or deploying machine learning models.
• Experience with modern machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch or JAX.
• Curiosity, rigor, and a passion for advancing frontier AI.
