M365 / Security / Power Platform Administrator (Expert)

Setup: Freelance (Daily rate / Limited Company / Umbrella / Sole Trader)

Location: Lacq (64), France (Pau Area)

We are looking for a senior-level Microsoft 365 expert to secure, govern and optimise a complex M365 environment while enabling modern workplace and automation use cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and secure the Microsoft 365 E5 environment (Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Define and enforce security policies (MFA, Conditional Access, Zero Trust, Defender XDR).
• Manage identity and access lifecycle, including privileged accounts.
• Design and implement Microsoft 365, Power Platform and Copilot governance frameworks.
• Secure and enable Copilot and AI-driven use cases across the business.
• Support business users on Power Apps, Power Automate and collaborative tools.
• Prepare and structure the M365 infogérance transition (documentation, knowledge transfer, processes).
• Provide L2/L3 support and contribute to incident, compliance and security monitoring.

Must-Have Skills

• Expert-level Microsoft 365 administration (E5, Entra ID, security stack).
• Strong cybersecurity background (IAM, Defender, XDR, Conditional Access).
• Proven experience with Power Platform governance and automation.
• Experience with M365 governance, documentation and managed service transition.
• Senior profile (Master’s / Engineering degree) with significant hands‑on experience.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in industrial or regulated environments.
• Exposure to Copilot governance and AI adoption.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure and networking fundamentals.
