M&T Manager - Avionics Products (m/f)
Job Description
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a M&T Manager (f/m) to join our Avionics Products Development Department based in Toulouse, France.
You will be part of a team developing strategic avionics equipment and simulation solutions for all Airbus Aircraft Programs. As part of the Avionics & Simulation Domain, you will be involved in coaching process operations and driving improvements aiming at securing the deployment of the new PLM solution.

Your challenges (Responsibilities)
- Ensure process adherence and effectiveness while driving continuous improvement of methods.
- Coordinate operational requests and provide tools, methods, or best practices to the department.
- Lead action plans for audits/reviews and deploy the Process Surveillance Plan.
- Manage Product Architecture topics within the framework of the new PLM for Avionics.
- Develop partnering with solution suppliers and stakeholders to ensure effective deployment.
Your boarding pass (Qualifications)
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with "out of the box" thinking.
- Knowledge and professional experience in Process Management.
- Excellent communication skills to present concepts clearly to customers and senior management.
- Ability to induce innovation and engage people in new operational visions.
- Negotiation level in both French and English is required.
