M&A FIG Analyst

Lazard is one of the world’s preeminent financial advisory and asset management firms. Through our financial advisory business, Lazard advises clients around the world on strategic and financial matters including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, capital structure and capital raising.

We are seeking an Analyst to join our Financial Institution Group (FIG) team.

We’ll Trust You To

• Build complex financial models
• Perform valuation assessment and run equity analyses
• Use information resources to perform sector research
• Prepare marketing materials with the support of seniors
• Actively participate to deal execution and manage client interactions in that respect

You’ll Need To Have

• Graduated from a top Business or Engineering School or top Universities, with a specialization in Corporate Finance / Financial Engineering
• Prior experience in the financial sector (investment banking, private equity, audit, corporate finance, banking, etc.)
• Prior minimum 6-month experience within a top tier player of the FIG sector is a prerequisite
• Excellent command of office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Skills in corporate finance (financial analysis, valuation, financial modelling)
• Knowledge of databases (Mergermarket, FactSet, Bloomberg) and AI tools
• You are fluent in French and English
