Main responsibilities:
Iksel & Co is seeking an Associate with strong analytical and writing skills, who takes initiative, has great attention to detail, works well under pressure, and has the ability to perform both independently and within teams in a boutique investment advisory firm. Associates would be responsible for the following:
- Prepare marketing documents and pitches
- Leading the day-to-day execution of transactions, including due diligence and valuation analysis; work with senior management and coordinate analyst materials
- Building financial models and valuation including DCF, LBO, etc.
- Conducting in-depth industry and market research in respect of target clients and transaction opportunities
- Taking an active role in client meetings and presentations
Candidate Profile:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the field of investment banking or transaction services
- Top university, business or engineering school degree
- Strong written and verbal skills with total fluency in French and English, other language is a plus
- A genuine interest in Food, Consumer Products, Consumer Health, and broader FMCG verticals will be highly valued
