M&A Associate
B&B Hotels is a leading international economy hotel group operating approximately 1000 hotels worldwide and generating around €1.6 billion in annual revenue, and supported by private equity shareholders.

Role
As M&A Associate, you will support the full transaction lifecycle, from deal origination and financial modelling to due diligence and investment committee preparation. Reporting directly to the Head of M&A with regular CFO exposure, you will work on one of Europe’s most active hotel acquisition pipelines, with 80 to 100 deals per year across multiple markets.
Direct report to the Head of M&A with regular interactions with the Group CFO.
Main missions
- Underwrite new investment opportunities through single-asset and portfolio financial modelling
- Manage Due Diligence processes end-to-end and review DD reports
- Review vendor data rooms and coordinate inputs from local teams
- Produce investment presentations for top executives and shareholders
- Liaise with lawyers, accountants, brokers and investment banks
- Participate in investor meetings and industry events
Location: Paris, with travel accross Europe

Your background
- Master’s degree in Business, Corporate Finance or Real Estate (top Business School or University)
- 3 to 4 years of post-master experience , Transaction Services or Big4 audit strongly preferred; corporate finance, private equity or real estate also considered
- Fluent English required (80% of work conducted in English)
- Strong financial modelling and quantitative skills
- Proficient in MS Office; comfortable with research tools and AI-assisted workflows
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a multicultural environment
Your technical skills
- Advanced financial modelling (LBO, DCF, comparable transactions)
- P&L and balance sheet analysis
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Familiarity with data room platforms (Intralinks, Datasite or equivalent)
- Comfortable with market research tools and databases (PitchBook, Refinitiv, CoStar)
- Working knowledge of AI-assisted workflows and research tools
- Fluent English required (written and spoken)
