JOB BRIEF

We are looking for an Intern to join our Paris office to provide marketing and transactional support across a broad range of corporate finance activities including mergers, acquisitions, disposals, restructurings and other related advisory services. The role will involve research and analysis of companies, markets and M&A-related activities, development of pitch books and other marketing materials and financial models and valuation analyses.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Gathering public information through various sources
• Producing and maintaining various databases
• Compiling and maintaining trading comparables across sectors
• Compiling and circulating sector news flow
• Research and analysis of companies and markets and M&A-related activities
• Assistance in the preparation of pitchbooks and other marketing materials
• Research and production of valuation metrics
• Development of financial models & analysis (including LBO and DCF models)
• Support the drafting of selling documents such as Information Memorandums and Management Presentations
• Assistance in the execution of transactions

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• Strong academic track record and hold a diploma a Grande Ecole or engineering school or university (French or international)
• Strong quantitative, financial and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment with limited supervision
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
