M&A Analyst

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analyses and assess investment opportunities
• Develop and test financial models for asset acquisitions
• Coordinate due diligence aspects with external advisors
• Support acquisition processes from target identification through to closing
• Prepare investment materials for the investment committee and shareholders

Requirements

• Master’s degree (equivalent to Bac+5) in Corporate Finance or M&A
• Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in investment banking or in an IPP (Independent Power Producer) investment team within an international environment
• Strong expertise in financial analysis and modeling
• Good knowledge of financial markets
• Experience in the renewable energy sector
• Advanced Excel skills
• Excellent command of English
