Lyon Field Sales Team Lead — Coach & Grow Teams

Lightspeed is seeking a Team Lead, Field Sales to join our growing EMEA team in Lyon. You’ll coach and support the team, shape our ways of working, and play a key role in expanding Lightspeed’s market presence in the Lyon area.

In this lead role, you’ll mentor, train and provide feedback to help team members grow their careers, ensure monthly and quarterly targets are met, analyze pipeline metrics, and collaborate with Partnerships, Inbound, Implementation and Marketing to optimize the customer
