Luxury Equestrian Business Development Lead

BUTET is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our North American presence from the preferred base in Wellington, Florida. You will carve out strategies, build partnerships, and demonstrate premium saddles to trainers and riders.

In this role, you will travel to shows and clinics, conduct saddle fittings, and drive ongoing sales through strong relationship management and CRM discipline. A passion for horses and a professional, luxury-brand mindset are essential.
