Luxury Boutique Lead: Sales, Team & Experience

Alaïa in Paris is seeking an Assistant Boutique Director to inspire the team, deliver exceptional client experiences and drive boutique growth.

You will co-lead sales performance, monitor KPIs, manage operations, and develop staff to uphold the Maison's standards while building local partnerships with clients and collaborators.

With at least 5 years in luxury retail, you will shape client development, implement business plans, and ensure flawless execution of daily processes within the boutique.
