Luxembourg M&A Director: End-to-End Deals & Origination

Steering Point is seeking a senior M&A lead in Paris to manage large transactions from origination to close. You will develop client requirements, craft approaches, and work with colleagues to ensure flawless execution while identifying and escalating risks.

The role requires a proven end-to-end deal track record, CA qualification, and fluency in French or German, with knowledge of the Luxembourg market. You will mentor junior team members and expand client relationships.
