- Lead key logistics transformation projects, including SAP–Kardex integration, WMS extensions, APO implementation, and packaging optimization, to modernize and streamline how we operate.
- Coordinate logistics activities for product development, ensuring smooth item creation, configuration, and flow readiness to support new products.
- Analyze and optimize physical and digital flows, including outsourcing streams, to increase efficiency, accuracy, and process stability.
- Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives using Lean and data‑driven approaches to simplify work and improve performance across the site.
- Enhance logistics information systems, configuring and improving SAP, WMS, and related tools to strengthen data reliability and operational execution.
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or industrial engineering.
- Atleast 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or process improvement within an industrial environment.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives.
- Hands‑on experience with Lean or Six Sigma and a solid analytical mindset to diagnose issues and design effective solutions.
- Proficiency with SAP and logistics systems, strong data analysis skills,
- Ability to work fluently in English and French.
