Logistics Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily team activities, tracking progress against operational goals
• Plan and follow up on weekly priorities, action items, and resource allocation
• Design, deliver, and maintain onboarding and ongoing training programs
• Ensure strict adherence to hygiene protocols and quality control procedures
• Supervise technical aspects, such as equipment maintenance and calibration; approve release of compliant batches
• Identify and escalate recurring issues to drive process improvements
• Serve as operational backup when required, performing operator-level tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a coordination or supervisory role within a medical or industrial setting
• Degree equivalent to Bac +2 or higher in logistics, quality, production, or healthcare
• Proficiency in technical English and French is a must
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Solid knowledge of quality control workflows and medical regulatory standards
• Comfortable managing multiple data streams and operational inputs simultaneously
• Strong leadership skills, capable of motivating and uniting teams
• Clear, diplomatic, and effective communicator
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
• Customer-oriented mindset; skilled in training and coaching team members
