Your role

Reporting to the Logistics function, you are responsible for leading and coordinating all logistics activities, ensuring performance objectives in terms of quality, cost and delivery are met. You operate across operational organization, team management, performance monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives.

You manage a team of approximately 30 employees, including 6 direct reports, ensuring team engagement, work organization, skills development and business continuity, including in degraded operating conditions.

You coordinate the logistics routine, covering internal and external stock management, inbound and outbound flows, invoicing, as well as raw material requests for production and automated systems.

You define operational objectives, validate action plans and ensure their effective execution. You prepare, monitor and analyze dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and improve logistics efficiency.

You plan all logistics operations with a strategic, forward‑looking vision, anticipating future needs and business evolution. In this context, you lead continuous improvement initiatives and propose projects aimed at enhancing process efficiency and reliability.

You coordinate transport partners, oversee transport contracts and ensure Incoterms are properly integrated into shipment planning and execution.

Finally, you organize the resources required to support daily operations and coordinate the annual physical inventory process.

About you

You hold a higher education degree in transport/logistics or business administration and have at least 4 to 5 years of proven experience managing logistics teams. Your career path includes experience in both SME environments and structured international groups, with strong exposure to transformation and performance‑driven contexts.

A recognized leader, you demonstrate a strong and exemplary managerial posture. You are able to unite, engage and develop your teams in demanding environments, setting a clear and motivating framework focused on accountability and results. As a hands‑on manager, you combine strong field presence with solid administrative, organizational and analytical capabilities.

Proactive and solution‑oriented, you have a strong ability to optimize organizations, challenge existing practices and drive change within a continuous improvement culture. You can translate operational challenges into concrete, engaging action plans while maintaining a strategic perspective.

You have solid technical expertise in industrial logistics, including customs regulations, international flows and transport environments. You are comfortable operating in complex settings, able to manage pressure and make sound, structured decisions.

Your energy, dynamism and positive mindset enable you to create sustainable team momentum. With excellent interpersonal skills, you interact effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and act as a strong ambassador for the logistics function.

Experience in integrating or structuring a subsidiary within a larger group is a strong advantage, demonstrating your ability to support organizational change.

Finally, you are comfortable working in an international environment and have a fluent command of English, both spoken and written.

Permanent contract – Full time Executive position Based in Saint Cézaire-sur-Siagne €70,000 to €72,000 gross annual salary depending on experience + meal vouchers + RTT + profit-sharing
