Logistics Launch Project Manager

Overview

• Lead cross-functional (complex and multi-site) projects independently related to the implementation of logistics solutions
• Ensure quality, timelines and profitability of operations
• Manage the preparation of specifications, technical and administrative responses
• Develop logistical technical solutions
• Identify technical, administrative and financial requirements
• Coordinate the launch phases of new sites and/or logistics activities
• Define operational processes and logistics flows
• Manage risks and establish corrective action plans
• Optimize logistics processes taking into account IT system capabilities
• Coordinate internal and external teams
• Monitor cost control, schedules and performance indicators
• Support transformation projects
• Serve as the interface with stakeholders

Requirements

• Master\'s degree (Bac +5) or equivalent in logistics
• At least 5 years\' experience as a Project Manager in industrial logistics or in a similar role
• Knowledge of finance, able to read a P&L and prepare a business plan
• Proficient in launching logistics services
• Strong negotiation skills
• Fluent English to operate comfortably in an international environment
• Knowledge of an additional language (German, etc.) is a plus
