Logistics and Transportation Manager

Back Market is the leading marketplace for refurbished electronic devices in Europe and the US.

Responsibilities

• Manage the onboarding roadmap of new logistics partners (carriers, TMS, tracking aggregators, fulfilment centers)
• Identify new prospects for Europe and the US
• Prioritise top partners depending on Back Market’s needs and priorities
• Own the onboarding and negotiation process with new logistics partners from a contractual and tech perspective
• Manage the daily performance of our shipping and fulfilment partners (delivery on time, tracking accuracy rate, loss and damage rates)
• Manage relationships and renegotiate terms with partners

Qualifications

• 2-5 years experience in procurement, transportation and/or logistics
• Experience in an e‑commerce start‑up
• Knowledge of e‑commerce processes and tools (strong advantage)
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English
• Fluent French is a plus
• Capacity to work with transversal teams
• Strong analytical skills
• Basic knowledge in data visualization & SQL
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
