Coordination of Xpeng’s logistic scheme in France with a focus on :

Responsibility

• Responsibility for finished vehicle logistics in France - compound operations and dealer distribution - close cooperation with EU platform logistics with regards to planning, executing transports from plant to country,
• Daily operational execution - communication with key internal stakeholders to support OTD process, also with external stakeholders, logistics service providers,
• Responsibility to support, organize, secure country delivery target achievement,
• Domestic LSP performance measurement and management, reporting to EU platform logistics,
• Support FVL network planning and services procurement activities,
• Eventual logistics project management to optimize delivery efficiency,
• Responsibility for domestic logistics budget, CPU target achievement, budget control
• Implement EU platform logistics FVL quality requirements, documentation in country, damage handling

Profile

• At least 3 years logistic experience in OEM/Logistic specialist
• Familiar with supply and logistic rules & regulations
• Proven track record of logistic performance monitoring
• Good French and English language skills
• Bachelor's degree or above
• Extraordinary problem-solving skills and flexibility in daily operation
• Strong sense of responsibility and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Good communication and execution skills, strong team spirit
