Your mission, roles and responsibilities
Join our dynamic team at Faurecia Seating in Villers-la-Montagne (54) as a Local IT Administrator (M/F) !
You will be at the heart of our IT infrastructure, directly reporting to the local IT Cluster Manager and interacting with the GIS competence centers and the Faurecia support center. You will work closely with factory users and our external partners, including industrial solution providers and IT consulting firms. If you are passionate about IT and ready to take on new challenges, we would be delighted to welcome you to our team! The local IT administrator provides quality IT support for the site. They ensure the proper functioning of the site's infrastructure and applications. They are autonomous in their area of responsibility.
- Monitor the local IT infrastructure while ensuring the expected availability and security of systems
- Provide first-level technical and functional support to site users
- Implement Faurecia's IT standards, particularly regarding authorized hardware and software
- Ensure that security updates are effective on site hardware through cybersecurity indicator monitoring
- Manage the site's IT hardware inventory and anticipate machine renewals
- Ensure the update of the documentation base for local information system support
- Support critical applications and ensure the effectiveness of backup modes through regular testing with reports
- Raise user awareness of security issues and the use of standard IT solutions
- Actively participate in incident resolution and communicate progress to the site
- Analyze problems to find root causes and organize associated documentation (QRCI, LLS)
- Support technical evolutions of local solutions and participate in the evaluation of new solutions
- Support digital transformation initiatives in factories
- This position requires on-call duties, occasional weekend work, and shift work.
Your profile and competencies to succeed
- Master's degree with 3 to 5 years of experience in operational IT
- Good knowledge of network and system (Windows / Linux) and virtualization, database knowledge
- Problem analysis and resolution skills
- Professional behavioral skills:
- Customer relationship sense (internal/external)
- Team spirit
- Proactive, good oral and written communication
- Fluent English mandatory
