Local Control Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure the organization and coordination of the team's activities: guarantee the relevance of actions carried out by CEV and VP.
• Contribute to combating incivilities, including fare evasion, by organizing and regularly taking part in field operations.
• Monitor and drive individual and collective performance of the CEV, VP and multi-role VP within the group.
• Oversee the onboarding of new staff and produce the necessary presentation materials.
• Analyze work sheets and field reports, and address any discrepancies.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years proven experience in management and/or team supervision in a passenger transport environment, ideally with experience in anti-fraud operations.
• Valid Category B driving licence required.
• Sworn authorization to perform ticket inspections and report traffic offences (assermentation for ticket control and infraction reporting).
• Proficient computer skills.
