Live-out House Manager

An experienced House Manager is required for a villa in Monaco.

Requirements :

· 8 years of experience as a House Manager

· Hotel experience highly prefered

· French and English speaker

· Significant people management skills

· Committed to supporting people to live lifestyles of their choosing

· Having a very positive “Can Do” attitude to all the issues that may arise

· Excellent time management and organisational skills

· Team leader

Duties :

· Managing the development – the building, gardens and grounds – in an efficient and effective manner such that a safe, secure, well maintained and pleasant environment is maintained. xuezdbg

· It will involve a proportion of client contact, conducting negotiations and reviewing documents.

· Managing all of the suppliers/contractors

· Handling household bills and administrative duties

· Running errands and performing necessary tasks

· Supervision of other household staff, such as housekeepers, private chefs, nannies or governesses

· Scheduling home maintenance and repair work, and supervising the project

Compensation : Negotiable

Schedule : Full-time working day, Mon - Fri, 7am - 7pm
