What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting French-speaking clients : Handle inquiries and provide support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring clients receive professional and efficient assistance.
• Troubleshooting and resolving client issues : Provide clear, friendly, and effective solutions to customer challenges.
• Collaborating with internal teams : Work closely with other departments to resolve complex client issues and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Gathering insights for service improvement : Provide feedback from client interactions to help enhance our services, products, and customer satisfaction.
• Exceeding client expectations : Go above and beyond to provide a memorable, positive experience for each client interaction.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluent in French (both written and spoken): Fluency in French is required as you'll be directly assisting French-speaking clients.
• Client-focused mindset : A passion for delivering excellent service and resolving client issues efficiently and effectively.
• Excellent communication skills : Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and with a friendly tone, both verbally and in writing.
• Problem-solving skills : A proactive and solution-oriented mindset to address and resolve client challenges.
• Experience in customer service (preferred but not required): Previous customer-facing experience is an advantage, but we’re happy to train the right candidate.
• Onsite work commitment : Comfortable working onsite in Lisbon and engaging directly with clients in a face-to-face setting.
• Tech-savvy : Comfortable with customer service tools and open to learning new platforms.
