Role Overview

This role focuses on providing expertise in Linux production engineering. The specialist will contribute to the evolution and optimization of operational processes, incident management, and automation within the IT infrastructure, supporting the quality and continuity of production services in an Agile and English‑speaking environment.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the evolution of operational processes.
• Manage Level 2 and 3 incidents.
• Develop and implement automation procedures for production.
• Support application installations.
• Manage production planning and service quality.
• Resolve operational incidents.
• Manage disk space and magnetic media.
• Oversee backup operations to ensure data integrity and continuity.
• Use scheduling tools (e.g., IWS).
• Use backup software (e.g., Tina, Networker)

Mandatory Skills

• Experience with automation of production processes.
• Incident management (Level 2 and 3).
• Familiarity with scheduling tools (e.g., IWS).
• Proficiency in Agile Scrum methodologies.

Appreciated Skills

• Experience with JIRA.
• Knowledge of backup software (e.g., Networker).
• Disk and backup management.
• Strong documentation and process optimization skills.
