Job Description

This position involves meeting with the public to discuss lighting demands based on company standards and requirements. Site visits are conducted to determine customer lighting demands for residential, business, and subdivision projects. The role requires the ability to identify and verify utility infrastructure and formulate and design an outdoor lighting plan that meets client needs within industry guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients, customers, crews, and agencies to discuss lighting needs and solutions.
• Conduct site visits and assess lighting requirements and utility infrastructure.
• Design and develop outdoor lighting plans in alignment with company standards.
• Maintain a balance between fieldwork and office design tasks.
• Walk and carry equipment, stake poles, and flag routes on site.
• Address customer complaints and find effective resolutions.
• Communicate design concepts and status updates to stakeholders.

Job Knowledge

Qualifications

• 2-4 year degree encouraged but not required.
